今天是味全龍隊補賽週的最後一個假日場比賽，恰好也是八月復古主題日被中斷的一場補賽。龍隊在比賽中斷前就以 3:1 暫時領先富邦悍將，而在今天從第五局重啟比賽之後，龍隊推出郭郁政主投，富邦則派出黃保羅先發。
下半季被網友們戲稱嗑了滷汁的龍隊打線，在五局下就靠著吉力吉撈和蔣少宏的連續安打攻佔一二壘，接著劉基鴻的二壘安打和林孝程的高飛犧牲打攻下兩分，幫助龍隊以 5:1 擴大領先局面。
而同樣在賽季尾聲火裡提升的富邦悍將，在六局上靠劉俊豪的安打加盜壘站上得點圈，戴培峰再擊出左外野安打攻下一分，將比數追成 5:2。
到了第九局上，龍隊在領先三分的狀況下派出守護神陳冠偉上場。但面對第一名打者蔡佳諺就被擊出中左外野的三壘安打，接著周佳樂的中間方向穿越安打攻下第三分，比數追成 5:3。接著陳冠偉在兩出局後，又被劉俊豪打出一壘邊線安打，接著又保送王念好，形成滿壘僅落後兩分的局面。
龍隊在此時緊急派上陳禹勳，面對富邦的第四棒董子恩。最後陳禹勳成功三振董子恩，讓富邦留下滿壘的殘壘將比賽結束，龍隊也以 5:3 收下比賽的勝利。
有趣的是，龍隊今年換上主題日球衣的戰績勝多敗少，尤其是今天穿上的復古日白色球衣維持不敗戰績，也讓少數球迷敲碗球團是否考慮明年將主場球衣換成這套勝利球衣？(笑)
