中華職棒台灣大賽於天母球場開打同時，台灣企業女子壘球聯賽也開始進行季後挑戰賽，新北凱撒勇士隊在球季末段進行重大補強，邀請荷蘭女壘國家隊強力投捕搭檔加盟，投手Eva Voortman 及捕手Laura Wissink 曾經代表荷蘭參與歐洲國家盃、女壘世界杯等重要國際賽事，對於積極備戰企業女子壘球季後挑戰賽的新北凱撒隊是重大的戰力補強，Eva Voortman曾經於2019就有加入過新北凱撒，今年度更是找來在荷蘭國家隊的捕手Laura Wissink一同加入新北凱撒，組成最強外援投捕搭檔。
在結束早上十點於台中國際壘球園區的比賽後，立即驅車移動到天母棒球場觀賞台灣大賽的第二場比賽，投手Eva Vootman 曾經在美國觀賞過美國大聯盟的比賽，在美國的觀眾看球比較享受在球場的氛圍，相較於台灣職棒球場的觀眾，台灣球迷對於每個過程都相當投入，對此相當印象深刻，捕手Laura Wissink 在荷蘭也觀賞過荷蘭的棒球聯賽，不過在她居住的區域沒有大型的棒球場，觀眾人數也因此受限。雖然稍早新北凱撒在台中的比賽在延長賽以1：3輸給新世紀黃蜂，不過相信在兩位荷蘭強力投捕搭檔的合作下，一定可以幫助新北凱撒在企業聯賽取得佳績。
