讓大家期待已久的第六隊台鋼雄鷹，在年前公佈總教練人選為生涯勝場數最多的辣個男人洪一中總教練後，
選在 01/27 在澄清湖棒球場舉辦開訓儀式，並正式發佈今年二軍出賽的主客場球衣。
教練團及球員也發表今年備戰目標，洪總期許能與教練團攜手將這批幼鷹訓練成展翅高飛凶猛雄鷹，讓這支球隊成為南部球迷的驕傲。
