拿莫伊漾，出生於1998年的9月21日，身高187公分體重85公斤，守備位子包括一壘二壘和游擊手，但進職棒之後多數都是以一壘手的身分出賽，堂哥也就是統一獅的教練朱元勤，老家在花蓮縣的他，因為還沒有取族名，在一次捕魚回來的過程中經過頭目的家裡，頭目在知道拿莫伊漾還沒有族名後，因為拿莫伊漾和他一樣很喜歡捕魚，就取了跟他自己一樣的名字叫做拿莫，至於伊漾則是跟他爸爸一樣。
拿莫伊漾的爸媽都是田徑隊出生的選手，國小拿莫伊漾被問到想要做什麼運動，他回答想進田徑隊卻被爸媽一口拒絕，之後回答籃球也被以身高為由而拒絕，最後他回答了棒球爸媽想都沒想就答應了，這也讓他在小學五年級時開啟了打棒球的道路。國中已經有180公分的拿莫伊漾，高中來到了平鎮後更直接抽高到185公分，不過在高中的期間，因為隊上眾星雲集，拿莫伊漾還沒有成功打響名號，直到他進入大學才真正讓外界看到自己，原本已經考上輔大的拿莫伊漾，因為只獲得自費生的資格，所以又再回家查了另外一所還在招生的大學，他也成功考上這所開南大學，並且是以公費生的資格進入學校。

大學期間是拿莫伊漾成長最多的一個階段，郭李建夫教練給了拿莫伊漾很多的自信，跟他說放開去打就對了，因為打擊爆發力的增長，讓他披上兩次的中華隊戰袍，包括世大棒和U23世界盃，雖然在U23的表現沒有受到太多的關注，但是在世大棒中就有打全壘打的演出，出賽5場繳出.272/.500/.545的打擊三圍，將選球與長打能力展露無遺，2019年的選秀會，才大三的拿莫伊漾就決定投入其中，原本預估大概是前三輪的他，卻被味全龍在第二輪第12順位挑中，並以370萬的簽約金之姿正式進入職業世界。
來到中職因為味全是新球隊的關係，在二軍打了一年的球，當時在二軍拿莫伊漾的表現說好不好，說差也不算差，曾在對上兄弟和台北興富發的兩場比賽中，上演雙響砲的超狂演出，整季打下來長打能力非常可怕，繳出.274/.353/.571的打擊三圍，外帶13轟與40分打點的不錯表現，二軍總冠軍賽的第二戰就和狀元郎劉基鴻背靠背開轟，其中拿莫伊漾就繳出.333/.368/.667的鬼神數據，除了葉君璋的丟碼錶以外，拿莫伊漾也是味全龍在首年就奪下二軍總冠軍的重要功臣。

時間來到2021年，因為拿莫伊漾進入狀況太慢，在熱身賽繳出的表現不符合小葉的期待，加上當時有赫雷拉等隊友的卡位，讓拿莫伊漾從二軍開始出發，但是他在二軍實在是太猛了，在二軍出賽的第二場就炸出一支全壘打，只在二軍待了5天就讓小葉把他給拉上來，他在一軍生涯的首場出賽就開啟無雙模式，生涯首安就在這天發生了！拿莫伊漾一軍的第一場出賽就達成了四個願望，包含生涯首支安打得分打點和全壘打，並在最後摘下了單場MVP。
不過拿莫伊漾去年在打球的時候，就有一個非常大的缺點，就是他太會模仿別人的打擊姿勢，造成自己在打擊的穩定度上不高，葉君璋也說拿莫伊漾如果能夠穩定下來，那就會是一位不錯的打者，這點也可以反映在他的打擊成績上，他的打擊成績確實也是一個開高走低的走向，從開季逼近3成的打擊率，到後來也掉到不到2字頭，最終出賽77場留下.185/.263/.300的打擊三圍，外加上3轟與17分打點的成績，而且被三振率高達31.1%，在超過200個打席的球員當中排在聯盟第二，僅次於同隊的學長曾陶鎔，年底拿莫伊漾正式申請改名，從朱祥麟改名變成拿莫伊漾，這年也是他最後一次使用朱祥麟這個名字來打棒球。
時間來到2022年，這年開季前味全龍特地安排拿莫伊漾跟著大師兄一起訓練，同時安排拿莫伊漾增加一個游擊的守位，就連大師兄都稱讚拿莫伊漾，說他是一個天分極高的選手，如果靠著經驗的加成，未來肯定能夠更穩定甚至是大爆發，而味全這年有簽下兩位可以守內野的洋砲，甚至也簽下跟他守位重疊的大師兄，但是拿莫伊漾還是不輕易認輸。
在熱身賽的階段他就展現出極具破壞力的打擊，出賽4場雖然只有12個打數，但掃出6支安打與2分打點，.500/.538/.667的打擊三圍，讓他成功擠進開季27人名單之內，而且他這季的第一支安打就是一發全壘打，兩個星期以後對上中信兄弟的比賽，拿莫伊漾又掃出一支全壘打。
這年的拿莫伊漾成為球隊上極具破壞力的打者，剛開季和吉力吉撈兩人的連線持續發威，被譽為吉拿棒連線的他們，在剛開季的前一個月就是味全能夠席捲龍頭的功臣，但拿莫伊漾在5月的時候染疫，也缺陣了將近一個月的時間，回歸陣線後就在9場比賽之內掃出3發的全壘打…，拿莫伊漾在這年把他的才華展露無遺，和天哥與張政禹三個人帶領球隊的氣氛，剛開季的時候也想出不同的上壘動作，讓味全龍每個上壘的球員都跟著做。拿莫伊漾這年不論是打擊或者是音樂甚至是模仿，都讓拿莫伊漾本人圈粉無數，他也逐漸展現出他的天分，今年才23歲的拿莫伊漾，未來會繳出怎麼樣的表現，確實都是非常值得我們期待的！
